Effective September 1, 2008, the Department of Community and Economic Development will require all funding applications to be submitted using the Electronic Single Application. Paper applications will no longer be accepted. A copy of the submitted electronic application, the signature page and any supplemental/addenda information should be forwarded to DCED’s Customer Service Center, 400 North Street, 4th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120. Any questions regarding addenda submissions should be directed to the Customer Service Center at 1-800-379-7448.
Grant Close Out Requirements
If the amount of the Contract is less than $100,000, the grant contract will require that an acceptable Grant Closeout Report be filed 30 days after the grant funds are spent, but no later than 30 days after the contract expires. If the amount of the Contract is $100,000 or more, a final audit of the entire contract (Project Audit) is required within earlier of 120 days after completion of project activities or 120 days after the contract termination date.

The Pennsylvania Business Retention and Expansion Program is the most aggressive & job retention program in the country.
