To help you find the perfect location in Pennsylvania, we've developed several online tools.

• PASiteSearch finds "ready-to-build" and developable locations that meet your specific criteria, and Keystone Opportunity Zones offer the opportunity to nearly eliminate state and local taxes. SiteSearch allows users to search more than 1,100 sites and buildings statewide, either by region or by county, or by such options as KOZ or Select Site status. PASiteSearch also includes a listing of brownfield properties that were formerly listed on PASiteFinder.
